We offer ethically sourced, high-quality apparel and accessories for men, women, and children. Our collections include clothing for all four Canadian seasons, plus caps, hats, wallets, purses, belts, undergarments, shoes, socks, and South Asian-inspired festive wear.
Are your products available in stores? +
Currently, we are an online-only business based in Saskatoon, SK. However, we occasionally host pop-ups and community events — stay tuned via our News page or social media.
Who owns House of Maple & Lily Lifestyle? +
Our founder, Sayid Mohammad Omar Sharif, brings over a decade of global apparel industry experience in HR, compliance, and ethical sourcing. The brand is proudly Canadian with global roots in Bangladesh.
Are your products South Asian-inspired? +
Yes, we carry select South Asian-inspired pieces during festive seasons like Eid, Diwali, Vaisakhi, and others — blended beautifully with Canadian fashion sensibilities.

Where do you ship? +
We currently ship across Canada. International shipping options are coming soon!
How long will my order take to arrive? +
Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days and shipped within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Do you offer local delivery or pick-up in Saskatoon? +
We offer free local pickup options at select times. Please check our Contact page for availability.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? +
Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and with tags attached.
Are all items returnable? +
Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments, intimate items, and socks are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Who pays for return shipping? +
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or faulty. Please contact us for instructions before returning any items.

Are your products ethically made? +
Yes. All of our suppliers are vetted for fair wages, safe working conditions, and zero tolerance for child or forced labor. Many are certified by Sedex, WRAP, BSCI, or similar ethical compliance standards.
What materials do you use? +
We prioritize organic cotton, recycled fabrics, and low-impact dyes. Our accessories are free from harmful chemicals and sourced from suppliers with a sustainability record.
How is your packaging eco-friendly? +
We use recyclable, compostable, or reusable packaging. No plastic wrapping or single-use materials unless absolutely necessary.
Do you offset your carbon footprint? +
We're in the early stages of our carbon-neutral plan, including offsetting emissions through tree planting and partnering with local green initiatives.
🛒 Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? +
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). More payment options including credit/debit cards and Interac e-Transfer are being configured and will be available soon.
Can I cancel or modify my order? +
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to cancel or change it. Please email us right away at orders@mapleandlily.ca.
Will I receive an invoice or confirmation? +
Yes. You'll get an email confirmation and receipt immediately after placing your order.

Do you work with small suppliers or artisans? +
Yes! We partner with small-scale ethical producers in Bangladesh and other regions to support craftsmanship and fair trade.
Are you open to collaborations? +

How do you support the South Asian immigrant community? +
We provide culturally relevant collections, hire from within the community, and donate a portion of profits during key festivals to local nonprofits and cultural groups.
